The Final Inspection Report should be completed by the instructional staff and/or a designated individual functioning in the role of a Q.C. inspection and verification processor. The three major components of this report have been designed to include: (A) Nonconforming parts findings, (B) Scrap Corrective Action Report (SCAR), and (C) Recommendations. This report can be especially useful for bringing the student's awareness of the cost of quality to a more realistic level, such as exists in a structured world-class manufacturing environment.
